    Trading too easy?

I simulated a season with the Browns and surprisingly did well ending up with a 22nd overall draft pick.

I traded that and a forth round for the Chiefs first overall pick. I'm surprised they accepted. I may be wrong but isn't that way too easy? Would that even happen in the NFL?

Yeah that is a little too easy really.

The older Maddens were even worse mind you. In franchise mode you could just keep trading picks all over the place and end up with the first 7+ picks in the draft no problem at all.

It was a massively cheap thing to do so I would try not to do it all the time but sometimes when it is that easy its just hard not to. At least I kept my cheesing to offline!

you've gotten off lucky here as well I'd say, should be giving up more than that
              Yeah.

how is a first a second and a pro bowl receiver lucky for the second overall pick. that could happen in the NFL

what did the Redskins give up just to move from 6 to 2 at the previous draft? Santonio Holmes would go for arguably what, a 3rd/4th round pick? So it's essentially a 1st, a (delayed) 2nd and a 3rd or 4th to move up 14 spots to number 2. Not going to happen.

Lol @ "pro bowl receiver". I suppose if someone offered you 1st, 2nd and Donovan McNabb for the 2nd overall pick you'd take it...after all you're getting a pro bowl QB.

That trade would not happen in the NFL.

When ever I try to trade it is always declined.

well don't do stupid trades like 60 ovr all for 80 ovr... and a player might be good in your system but bad in their's so make sure its a good trade for them. i rarely get a trade declined

No one would've thought the Dolphins would trade Vontae Davis (only 24 years old) for a second rounder and a late round pick.

No one would've thought the Eagles would've gotten DRC from a young Cardinals DB core (With the exception of their safeties) for Kolb.

Or how about Asante Samuel for a 7th?

so u honestly think any NFL team would trade the 1st overall pick for the 22nd+4th rounder?
