..Nah, he might be more physically gifted than a lot of PG's (aside from Westbrook), but in terms of who has the complete package that would be Chris Paul in my opinion. The man could average 25-30 PPG if he wanted.

Same could be said for Deron.. He's the best shooter of them all and stronger and a better finisher at the rim than CP3... As far as being a TRUE PG, Nash, Parker, Rondo? Those would be my top 3... But I would easily take a CP3 or Deron over them when picking a team....

I often wonder though, if Tony Parker hadn't been on the Spurs in coach Pops system his entire career how good could he be? He's shown flashes of being able to score like crazy, and is very solid at everything else.. Also has a finals MVP

I still can't believe so many people are hating on D. Rose being listed as a Floor General. I guess most must've forgotten his 29 point, 16 assist performance against CP3's Clippers. He definitely raises the game of everyone on the court when he's in the game. If you let some of these jokers tell it, the Bulls were just as good with CJ Watson and John Lucas III.

I do feel Rose is one of the best finishers in the game, but since he has the acrobat skill, I guess it works. I think finisher is for those adept at making and-1s around the basket whereas the acrobat can make all type of crazy layups while avoiding contact. With that said, I'm not sure KD should have the finisher skill. I'd give that to someone like Lebron or Wade.

As for Melo, I think he will have

DUDE, I've watched every game Rose has played in. He's very underrated as a playmaker. There have been plenty of times his teammates muffed passes from him. You listen to guys like Skip Bayless who says he's a SG playing PG, and it's just ridiculous. Am I saying he's on the level of CP3 or Deron Williams in that regard? No I'm not. But there's clearly a difference between Rose and Westbrook, despite all of their athletic similarity. Rose knows how to control tempo...one of the most important aspects of being a PG. And he did average like 8 assists last year.

For me you give lebron chase down blocker. not lock down defender. because even tho they are stars. Lebron didnt lock down anyone this playoffs. Oh damn lol. I meant to put dead eye for Melo. Yeah, there definitely needs to be a way to distinguish Melo from KD, because their skills are similar, except I think KD is a way better and more consistent shooter, whereas Melo is way better in the post and has slightly better handles. lol yea deadeye i thought that one too. that ones a must have for him. and you are right about kobe. i just meant i would give it to him more than to melo/KD. To me jordan should be the only player with such good offense. and should be given offensive and defensive signature skills because that looks like it can be a major pain to play against someone who has the ability to completely null signature skills(lock down) but also has the signature skills of offense like jordan does. so for me no current nba player should have that. There probably is a bully or strength skill in there. so that will go to melo and lebron probably. But Melo needs a finisher stat because in nba 2k12 his inside game was one of the most disrespected stats in the game. He finishes almost as well as lebron when he drives to the lane(less athelticism, but uses quick first step, and strength/finesse to finish at the rim) but in nba 2k12 his inside was a 72? a 72? lol the whole knicks bench has a higher inside game than him.

Finisher = Finish dunks and layups with contact better than others
That´s what he does best. I don´t get it.
They should put Finisher instead of Clutch or Shot Creator.
I already did this but now I ask you guys to do it: tweet to @Ronnie2k asking to give finisher to D Rose instead of some others and he´ll certainly talk to the Dev´s about it.

Yeah you definitely haven't watched much of Rose besides highlights..He's a general, who always commands the floor..Did you not see him destroy Chris Paul and the Clippers for 29, 16 and 7? He's not like Westbrook he's ....a floor general! not to mention Rose out plays every point guard from Rondo, Nash, D.Williams..you name it he out plays them whenever they meet

Now My Player will be even better because you can definetely define your player style with the sig skills.
I´m planning to do an Athletic SF that will just go to the rim when he feels like it. I´m planning to use Finisher, Posterized, Lockdown Defender and maybe acrobat/ highlight reel or shot creator (depending if it´s effective for creating space for dunk and layups)

Unecessary is the key word. While it might not be fair or realistic to some people that players are limited to a set amount of these abilities, it's most likely absolutely necessary to limit them due to their effect in game. Players having a few of them might not impact the game so profoundly and won't interfere with the sense of realism. If players could have more it might show up much more often turning this sim style game into an arcade style game.

It could also be a programming nightmare. Either way I'd say the limitations are very necessary.
