MADDEN 13 FRANCHISE/CCM UPDATED Q's**

I need some help with this.. I play madden franchise and i know it is now CCM and i want to be able to control ALL THE TEAMS so i can adjust the rosters myself and cut/sign players when it happens in real life. I did this in all of the maddens before as dynasty mode and user controlled all teams (but played as my team in the seasons, just updated rosters manually in my franchise mode) but I don't know how to do it for this madden 13 xbox 360!!

*****Right when i start my offline ccm as the bucs, it shows shockey to the raiders, mughelli to the lions, and farrior to the panthers. I WANT THEM IN THEIR PROPER PLACES so i user control all teams but since it i can't in this game, what should i do?! are they going to add the ability to control all teams?

I also searched online and cannot find answers

The only way to do it would be to retire then take control of the team and make the move needed then go back to your old team, but you risk the team making the move again, no real way to control all 30 teams.
