Never done it in a Madden game.

CPU blocked one on me. I've come really close, and it came of a missed CPU block. There are never over the top blocks (which is how they usually happen) so it has to come from the edge.

I blocked a few kicks and one punt on M12, basically you just have to get lucky and have good pursuit. It doesn't happen often, which is how it should be.

Some of the cheesers out there know how to block it every time with nanos and such, but I wouldn't do that if I were you.
