ive tried looking on EA.com FAQ's and message boards and have found nothing and nothing recent regarding the issue im occuring,

when i go to download the ea gameface plug in everything downloads fine but when it goes to run it says please close the following applications internet explore but when i go to close it and retry (it gives me the retry and close option) after ive closed my browser or internet explorer it still does it.
Also, I have went to go download it and before i could let it download i closed my browser and then started downloading it and still nothing. (same error)

Does anyone know the issue to help me fix this issue because I want my mug in the game!!!! any help would be appreciated!!!
