Re: NCAA Football 13 Free and Paid DLC Uniforms Are Coming to the Uniform Store
Lol I'm nervous about this "exciting news" cause I have a sneaking suspicion that this is foreplay.. If the uni store is gonna open tomorrow wouldn't they just say so?Comment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Free and Paid DLC Uniforms Are Coming to the Uniform Store
Simply put YES that is their job if they expect people to shell out $60 bucks for a game. Plus as someone else said these were an SEC team with not an alt-uni but there new standard uniform. To make matters worse the uniform release was CFB news around the country. So yes all the EA apologist can make excuses but face it they AGAIN drop the ball, just ask Washington about their "care" of getting the correct unis in the game. And was the released uniform change presented to EA or are we expecting EA to follow every schools press releases to ensure 100% accuracy?
EA has made it known that there is a deadline that has to be met for school updates, when 30 schools a year are adding, tweaking or removing uniforms I'd imagine it'd be hard to make sure a new uniform released near the deadline made it in at launch...Just Win Baby!!Comment

Perhaps to EA, mizzou is is as irrelevent to them as they are the rest of the country?Simply put YES that is their job if they expect people to shell out $60 bucks for a game. TCU is a big 12 team blahblahblah, I'm not defending EA... I'm merely stating what EA announced despite some on here believing that it us EA's responsibility to follow every schools releases. You also disregard what I showed in multiple instances, that national media DID NOT even follow Mizzou's uniform showcase for 2 extra days...Simply put YES that is their job if they expect people to shell out $60 bucks for a game. I recognize that EA has it's issues, I get frustrated at most of them. I even don't excuse the fact that certain uniforms are incorrect... Again as I pointed out when a uniform has been in rotation for 2 years and it still isnt in the game, that is inexcusable. But when a team announces it's uniform up against the deadline and there is no evidence to say that they submitted the changes to EA prior to that... That isn't EAs fault.Comment

Don't know about the others, but Northwestern switched this off-season from Adidas to Under Armour, which is why NU's unis in-game have no outfitter logo.NCAA: Minnesota, Minnesota St-Mankato

Re: NCAA Football 13 Free and Paid DLC Uniforms Are Coming to the Uniform Store
Can someone tell me what the origin of the term "aggy" for Texas A&M is? I assume it is an insult, but I don't know how misspelling the name Aggie could be an insult against Texas A&M.Comment

Why are you assuming it's an insult and not just someone being lazy?"Baseball is the coolest sport because, at any moment, the catcher can stop the game and go tell the pitcher a secret" - Rob FeeComment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Free and Paid DLC Uniforms Are Coming to the Uniform Store
I don't think it's laziness. "Aggie" is only one letter longer than "Aggy".
I first noticed it by Texas Longhorns fans, but have since noticed many other team's fans call Texas A&M that, as well. I am very interested to know why.Last edited by Aggies67; 09-05-2012, 11:37 PM.Comment

Only douche bag Longwhorn, tu, sip, Baylro and Tceh students, former students and fans spell Aggie as "Aggy". They think it's a put down. But, in truth it's because they are too stupid to know how to spell. In fact, most of them didn't even go to that school and are just T-shirt fan wannabes.Comment
