Roster Download Question

So I have been playing on Roman Caesars rosters since the game came out and I recently left for college and somehow in the shuffle of moving my rosters got overwritten or deleted or something. So I am back to the default no named rosters. The only thing is is I do not have internet connection to my xbox here to re-download them. So my question is, is there anyway that I can download the rosters onto my laptop then put them onto a flashdrive and load them onto my 360? any help would be much appreciated. I know this is probably a stretch but named rosters make or break the game for me. Thanks again

There are some programs that let you DL savegames and trade them around and such, but I think there's a risk of being flagged as a cheater. The much cleaner solution is to plug your XBox into your laptop and use internet connection sharing to connect to XBL directly. There are guides all over the web about how to do that.
