Starting a new long term dynasty (Xbox)

Looking for 6-8 players that would like to join a decently long dynasy. We plan on at least playing 6 years. Anyone can pick any team. The main teams are going to be put into 4 superconferences of 16. Big 10, Big 12, SEC, and ACC

Difficulty: All-American for both
Quater Length: 6min
Looking to advance at least every 24-36 hrs
For user vs user games you will have up to 72 hrs
For user vs cpu games please play the game in a timely manner Everyone will at least have an A- strength of schedule

We would like to have everyone using the group me app on everyone's smart phone, that way we can keep in contact with each other. I going to make it even to where all the conferences are even with the amount of users.

default sliders. will be tweaked as season goes on. Speed threshold is at 32
