    Tight Ends overpowered?

The elite tight ends, impossible to stop i even put cbs on them all game there always open so i find myself doubling them with qb spy plays all game long. as the elite wideouts don't have near the same impact..

I can think of around 30 other NFL coaches that have the same problem as you.

They aren't called security blankets and QBs' best friends for nothing.

Yea but if you have a good cover linebacker it helps a TON! I use Sean Spence on Tight Ends and he doesn't shut them down but slows them down a good bit. He has 71 Man Coverage and if your a safety help them a bit.

Stop playing Dime defense then. Your CB's are short and not strong like a TE. A linebacker is around the same size or bigger, but a little slower.

hate to say it, but got to learn to play defense

TE's should be tough to cover, I played a guy earlier who was owning my secondary with his TE, just ridiculous, couldnt stop gronkowski, then I changed up my D, put Derrick Johnson on him every freaking play. Won the game on a pick six by DJ.

this is where I love m13, you can control your progression, turn a darn good LB into a darn good coverage LB

Speaking of which, are defensive assignments still in the game? I can't find them

I understand what OP is saying. I'm sure he's not referring to Jimmy G. or Gronk. I was playing a User in CCM who was the Jets with Tebow starting and Keller was uncover-able. Guy was open no matter who I played on him. I tried safeties, line backers and CB. This user was also a little cheesy because he only use 2 formations and 5 plays all game. non the less Keller is not an elite TE. If it was jump balls or the TE running over guys after the catch I would have no problem with that. But he was basically Jerry Rice lol.
