depends on how low those non-99 stats are...
I've got a rookie I drafted in 3rd round, 91 speed, mid 90s acceleration and mid 80s man coverage but only 30 something AWR. He hangs with recievers pretty well on some plays (streaks and straight drags) but if the reciever throws any kind of cut or move, he always gets faked outta his Nikes and loses a few steps (sometimes 10 yards depending on the move). But Chris Houston who is 80s or so coverage and awareness doesnt get beat like that nearly as much.

PR is more to recognize a run vs pass faster or a screen or a play action...I always look for that in safeties and LBs
