the vid was nice and everything and gameplay seems to be improved over 2k12, but am i the only one who feels like we dont really know anything about the game yet?

sure we know theres a new dribbling system and a few ratings and about the dream team, but i mean i feel like i dont know much about the game beyond the surface fluff.

like have they finally fix player roles yet, x amount of yrs later?

is online association a 1:1 port of offline association?

can we promote assistant coaches to head coach?

has there been any improvements to the d-league that makes ppl interested in playing it or spending anytime with it. if not, why not thinking about replace it with the wnba?

...etc etc

im looking foward to playing the game this yr, but in the past it just seems like we had alot more detailed information about the game at this point.

seems like all we know is the fluff, maybe it just me but the insights seem slim this yr and lacking real meat. nice vid tho.

I love how when Amare dunked on Gortat it looked natural it didn't look like gortat was sucked into a dunk on animation like it would in 2k11 or 2k12

Still. Im not any less excited to play it! The trailer in and of itself is very well edited and has some good clips.

Actually, I did, even tho each yr I only play but so much of NBA2K cuz of isomotion...but not this yr. Dribble stick!! Tryna see if I actually go a full 82 for the first time ever in a video bball game. Last yr, I don't even think I started a season. Eh...

As for this vid, status quo for 2K err-year. Nothing special as of a few games ago but I was looking for contact in the game and, Yup, it's in there. I want some hands on, baby! Demo next week????

Are you a dribble cheeser or something man. You've been saying that for a long time now and honestly unless you just always want to be Steve Francis, the game still had basic moves... although I do agree with you that the RS dribbling is a great addition

And my Jazz getting some love on the Hayward no-look pass to Millsap got me so hyped for Oct. 2.

Some have alluded to 2K needing to take their money out of respect for what looks to be another gem in the franchise..well I say "2K can Chop my money...chop my money...I don't care!.."

I'll have to take another look, but I think at least one of those windmills was the same "Windmill Power" dunk that's been in 2K for a few years now. Not that there's anything wrong with that, for it's my favorite windmill animation in 2K and the one I always give to prime Vince Carter.

Nice. The celebration animations really ooze emotion. Westbrook going off after the and one really looked authentic.

It looks like they still haven't updated Bogut's hair. He's been wearing it short I was seriously hoping he'd be up to date since he could be our biggest acquisition in years if not decades.

Sigh that Ellis finally looks like his acrobatic self when he's off the Warriors.

The textures in this game are perhaps the best I've seen in a 2K basketball game. The ball, the rim, the backboard, accesories, jersey cloth, skin textures look sublime.

I have to disagree on the skin. The textures themselves aren't bad but the shader gives everyone a semi waxy look that looks neither like dry or sweaty skin. 2K11 had the best shaders in the series. Too bad they decided to change it for reasons I can't understand. The 2K12 faces also tended to light the fronts of the face more than the rest of the head, especially for darker skinned players, which looks odd and less natural than 2K11's heads.

So you name players off the 06 championship squad and try to say we have been title contenders ever since even after out 15 game season? And haslem is a hardworker but no where newr a superstar wade has carried the team on his back hes the only thing that kept the heat relevant.
