That's not the problem we have post in here with people finding out stuff but we got to dig through a bunch of complaining to see it

but I'm going to stop after this because I don't want to go back in forth talking about complainers and adding to the problem

It is the only place people can complain about the patch without getting locked up.

I was talking about the AI running twice in that situation. As well as Gameflow being similarly stupid for me (no kneel down play).

I've seen several reports of the 2 minute drill being better in online CC (not great, but not as dumb as the video above), and I've seen it for myself. Maybe I'm just getting lucky, but I definitely think there's a difference there.

Well online CCM it's been a mixed bag for me, I've also had the CPU down buy a TD go for a pass to the endzone on 4th down, which is good. But then one time they had the lead with like 55 seconds to go, I had no timeouts, they came out on 1st down and knelt down. Then instead of coming out and kneeling down again to end the game they ran a running play. I was like, what they heck but was hoping for a fumble at the same time, LOL.

The game however plays WAY better

That's great news, because on paper I have no idea what to expect with this patch. Really wish they did give some actual details but good to know it's not a bad patch missing anything up.

They tightened up the phyics really nice.

No more after tackle ragdoll pile on's on the ground.

Wow, it needs to be fixed quickly.

Knock on wood, I haven't run into it, yet, in my online CCM.

Want to know what's really a trip? Go into MUT and play a game vs. the CPU. The CPU AI in MUT was running GAME on me with its playcalling this weekend - straight up humanlike. And this was with 2 minute quarters!

I was like, oh no not again...yet ANOTHER mode in which CPU AI seems to be playing differently? LOL...

(I wonder if the update will impact MUT...)

I'd love to start my offline CCM already.

I'm not going to bash EA, but when I buy the game on release date and have to wait a month or two later to finally be able to play it, something is wrong.

I've found the new engine to be different and fun and can see myself getting into a nice groove with my offline franchise.

If it's mid to late October and there's no update yet for the bugs, and glitches in the offline CCM, then I will simply move onto NBA 2k13. It's a shame because I haven't played a franchise in Madden in at least 5-6 years, and finally thought this would be the year I'd get to do that.

Well,

I've never played Superstar Mode before in previous Maddens, but since the insta-start option has been added with this patch, I think I'll give Offline CCM Player Mode a try. -seeing as Coach CCM is unchanged.

At least they added that for now.

Is there any hope of a legitimate ps3 patch release today? Why announce it for ps3 as well on maddens behalf if they anticipated a 2 week delay? BS.

There is an eyepatch out with the Raiders Edition of the game...makes the graphics look worse, though.

Freezing, stats being off, players names being changed for no good reason in later years of association, CPU trade logic being bad (which has been an issue for years)...

I hate when people compare Madden to NBA 2K as if it is flawless. Yeah it's a great game but it has it's flaws as well.

I didn't see any of that on the PC. Didn't have any freezes on the PC, didn't see anyone's name changing in any of the associations. Didn't see any wonky trades. Maybe the PC was different than the console version. I didn't say NBA2K was flawless, but it comes out on the PC at least with far fewer issues than Madden does. Can't even come close to comparing the two games.

People stop acting like brats please. It takes 2 weeks for MS/Sony to certify a patch to be released.

Under the assumption that this guy is more familiar with this than I, hence where I got the 2 weeks from... I really hope that the above quote is not the case and we can see it released ASAP for PS3.
