I am living and working in South Korea at the moment and that means whenever I access Madden online the EA servers don't allow me to do anything, I can play ultimate team but I can't download up to date rosters. My question is how does one get up to date rosters for M13 when the official servers don't allow you to. Last year I could download the rosters from OP and then use them in Madden but with CC I am not sure if that will work. If anybody can point me in the right direction because the big roster update is coming and I want to have my rosters at least up to date before I start my CC(though I might also wait for the big patch as well). So thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.

try making a us based ps3 and ea account. So make a new account with a real adress in the us. That works for ncaa football. -
