I just started a new CCM league and the players i cut in pre season disappear they dont goto the fee agent pool ,why is this?Ive also noticed alot of veteren players are gone too.

I havent looked into this too much, but heard something about guys who are not on a roster just disappear. I know that I cut Santana Moss my first pre-season and he was an FA all year. Maybe it depends on who the guy is.
It kinda stinks because I had a couple of tough decisions and would have liked to re-sign a guy back (keep it realistic) to relace injured players, but they were gone.

I've also had this happen even when it's guys that for some reason the game didn't give me the option to re-sign. Go into FA and they were gone, too.

Sounds like there is an artificially low maximum number of players allowed in the free agents pool
I have tweeted Josh looman and donny moore to ask this but I'm not hopeful of a response maybe somebody more connected (pun intended) could obtain an answer ?

If they bring all the free agents into memory, then I can see how they came up with a max number. And it would be nice to know what that number is. But I just don't understand why memory would be a limit for free agents. It seems to me that if they saved player info in a database, then the number of free agents would be limited by disk space.

Did you notice if any other teams picked them up? What player was it? Did you create this league today or was this created before patch 2? What week of the season are you in?

I've had this issue as well. Not just when I've cut plaers, but when other teams cut players in preseason, in an online CCM started POST patch, many cut players dissapear after a week or so of sitting in free agency. Guys like Hayden Smith TE from NYJ and Nate Ebner SS from NE are nowhere to be found in FA or on any rosters in my current CCM. There are many players completely gone.

the FA pool is so large that the "All" Category doesn't list all the players, you have to go to each individual category like "HB" "WR" too see all the players there.

Usually anybody whose rated under 70 won't be on the "All" category, only way to find them is by scrolling though each position and finding them there.

No, players are actually vanishing.
Say for instance.....during preseason...there were a boatload of gems lying around..guys you had never heard of...just lying around under every position. WR was particularly deep with 6'6" guys being at the bottom of the barrel
. Now that the season has started, each position has maybe 10-15 guys some positions even less..

I wasn't worried about it at first because you had to figure maybe those guys went and got jobs, maybe some went to Canada....Maybe some just went home and decided to wait till camps open up next year....so I'll definitely be waiting to see how that turns out next season. I think that variety is REALLY needed.

Started and eagles ccm offline 4 days ago, so it was before the newest patch. In week four of the preseason year 1 i cut wr marcus mcnutt. During the regular season week one maclin get hurt for the year and after the game i go to sign mcnutt and hes gone. Not on anyone elses roster not in the FA pool just gone.

This is a known issue by both Moore and Looman. I tweeted them both weeks ago in regards to cut players disappearing from the game. I first noticed it in week 2 season 1 of my offline CCM. I wanted to take a look at Peden, Chris Hogan, and Les Miles from the Dolphins all three players were no longer on any NFL roster nor in the FA pool. I believe this also happened in M12 if I'm not mistaken.

ok that makes sense. Leagues created before the patch have a max Free Agent pool of 1,500. Leagues created after the patch now have 3,000. At anytime there is more than 3k in the pool, it deletes the lowest rated players that exceed the 3k mark.

Thanks. So the patched doubled the size of the free agent pool but EA didnt think to mention it in the patch details lol

While we're on the subject of transactions, where is the league/team transaction report? I like to keep track of transactions around the league but I can't seem to find it. Any help?
