What quarter length are you guys using for somewhat realistic cpu stats?

-accelerated clock or not?

I was thinking 7 minute quarters with no acc clock, but I'm not sure, since I've never played any mode in Madden where i only control one player and have the cpu sim the rest.

I would appreciate some tips from anyone playing ccm as a player.
