Is this how a company earns respect with their customers? You obviously are reading the forums. Do you take the time to address the concerns of those wanting editing? Of course not. You take the time to answer a question that was already answered. Top shelf.

They have said time and time again that they are looking into it.
Even though I could not care less about fantasy draft the fact that they are putting it in means that they are trying to satisfy their customers. This tells me that when they say they are looking into it they are actually looking into it.

What more do you want him to say? Give you a definitive answer that yes player editing will be in the next patch? And when the technical complications prevent them from being able to follow through with that what would you say? somehow I doubt you will say "well at least you guys tried."
No, more likely is that you will scream at how EA breaks promises to their consumers and will say anything to shut people up.

See things from a perspective other than your own.

100 percent agree. Really unfortunate that the offline player is left out in the cold.

I think this is more a case of them being able to add it immediately to online, whereas offline they need to go through the platforms. It's just the reality of the system. I would expect it to be added to offline in the next update.

Anyway, I'm not really thrilled that fantasy drafts were the "shocking news" but I know a lot of people wanted it, so that's good for them.

Not to be harsh, but adapt or die. This is where it's headed and unfortunately people will be left behind unless they jump on board

But I will again for you.

All I want is the ability to use legends in ccm coach mode. I dont know why they are so against this. They don't even let us use the work around of starting as a legend and then moving to coach and using him that way.

How many times do you want to be told

"We're trying out best to get player editing in".

People on these forums act as if they entitled to all of their wishes. Appreciate the fact that they are making an effort to improve the game and have already shown that they are willing and ready to add features in.

Don't bite some guys head off because he isn't the one who made the executive decision to keep editing out, in fact, I'm not even 100% sure that anyone of the Devs really "WANTED" to keep editing out. Hence why they are working on it valiantly.

I see your point. I just have a hard time buying it. We were told there was no way Fantasy drafts were going to make into 13. And here we are. So when EA says "We are looking into it" I have a hard time believing that. Thats all. All in all, I want customer service. When something is not working correct, I want to know why. When a rep for EA comes into a forum and has the time to answer a question that already has been answered, I get frustrated they can't take the time to address/update the other concerns people have with this game.

Fantasy draft is the shocking new update? Ugh.. I dont think I've ever touched it in as long as its been in madden. So, they spent time working on implementing fantasy draft, rather than actually fixing the problems in CCM offline, or bringing back the editing that was always in the game. What a big letdown IMO. Back to playing my broken CCM I guess. Either that or back to NHL13. Especially since its for online only... It's amazing how apparently EA thinks everyone plays online only apparently.

Good for the fantasy guys... but... jeez... give us something more than probably 5% of the community actually wants. I hate being negative about something like this, I really enjoy the game, but the lack of fixes and attention being paid to the offline modes that I, and many others wish to play is getting really frustrating.

it seems like adding a fantasy draft is alot more work than adding an edit player feature would be. that being said this is giving me almost as much hope as if someone from EA said they were figuring out how to get it in.
