Because the first time I lose my connection when I'm up 21-17 in the superbowl my controller is going through my TV.

I understand that although I don't think the frustration of something like that is worth the cost of a tv or controller.

Certainly doesnt show it. The majority of features missing from CCM primarily affect offline players.

Not to mention the missing features would eliminate the need for offline players to wait for a patch.

And stop saying I'm being blind. My eyes are quite open to the issues with Madden, both online and off.

Once again, if this draft comes out in the next patch that has to go through certification, this entire argument is moot.

No they screwed up things intentionally. Looman intentionally did not include editing, 32 team franchises and fantasy drafts from CCM. He unintentionally screwed up auto subs, schemes and playbooks.

I'd bet anything Looman didn't intentionally do anything of the kind. He knows what a good career mode is, they already did it once ::cough head coach:: and i'm sure his hands are being tied in a lot of ways and hope eventually he will get to do more of what he wants to do.

You already mentioned the extra benefits. Mainly the turners. If waiting for a patch is more of a benefit to you than I can see why offline is your preference.

Yea i do not consider those benefits when weighed against losing valuable time because i got kick off the server or lost connection.

Tuners and patches do the samething so its no big deal for me to wait a week.

I guess its bc im an older gamer and my time is more limited so i dont have time to play a game that possibly wont even matter.

BIG NEWS...how is it big news when fantasy draft has been in madden for the last 100 years. who does fantasy draft anyhow ...isn't that why they made the money making machine ultimate team? ever since ortiz left madden has gotten worst...simply put.

I don't really see how editing is an offline only thing,

It has never been included online, not even equipment
It has always been included offline going back 12 years even when it was just equipment.

I'd bet anything he did. You know why? He admitted as much during the lead up to the game. He has stated several time that CCM is the future. The old Franchise mode is the past and we need to move on from that. He's stated on Twitter that features like 32 team control and draft class import werent considered necessary for CCM.

So they had no time to add fantasy draft, player editing, 32 team control, playing other games in ccm, picking oppenents unis.

Did you have the ability to play superstar mode online before Madden 13? Then why is it wrong to think that editing will never be an online thing? Now that all the game modes are one everything is going to have to work online from here on as long as there is a CCM.

Yes, I am basing my opinion on work he has already done, since it is not being done now, I know it is not because of his ability to do so, thus must be external constraints keeping him from accomplishing what he has already accomplished. You really think he is doing it because he hates offline players? Really? He says franchise mode is dead because CCM is the new franchise mode. Again, you equate that with hate .
