EA can't win...there's been loads of posts on here, and I mean loads, asking for fantasy draft. They add it in, and you get a load of people complaining cause they should focus on other areas first!

If I was EA I wouldnt bother updating anything lol...i'd just tell everyone "if you want something different, make your own game"

EA could win if they put out a completed product to begin with. Not a game that is full of missing features and no-brainer fixes like player editing.

Unless you play with 32 people, this will be pointless.

As we have seen in the AI drafting and FA ability, there is now way, I repeat NO WAY, that they developed the Fantasy draft logic to a decent level for this new mode.

Fix CCM EA, cmon.

I agree. CCM is EA's baby, and most of us can't play it if we want editing or better late game AI.

While I normally reserve doing fantasy drafts for franchises (or offline CCMs, whatever it's called now) I still call this a win. It's worth keeping the game knowing they are willing to change their product and I'm sure that soon we will have editing too.

I'm glad they didn't just release the game and say, "Here it is! Let us know what you want for next year's game because we're going on vacation for the next three months."

really annoyed that media ran stories about a bunch of loud dork's outrages over fantasy draft...that's why this is in.

this feature is fluff, has nothing to do with sim football. you know what does? everything we can fix with player editing.



there are so many things that simply DO NOT WORK in Madden 13's CC mode, yet they spent time to do this? just ridiculous.

Lastly, they completely missed the boat here, the majority of those who are going to want this feature are going to be OFFLINE players.

It seems like EA is catering to the 12-16 year olds who want to throw passes from Aaron Rodgers to Calvin Johnson and run the ball with Darren McFadden while wearing a Buffalo Bills jersey. Just a stupid/useless addition for those of us who play sim ball

I don't understand why u guys r giving EA so much credit for something that should have been in the game in the first place. I for one don't care about Fantasy Draft. But only allowing this for online players is bull. EA is always dropping the ball, period. Hope the NFL realizes that competition is good for everyone and we can see 2K challenge Madden again. Both games were great back then. They need to put custom rosters with created players in CCM. Not. Being able to use custom rosters in CCM is a travesty. And should be a sin

This is Madden 13 not Madden 12. It's a new game, with a brand new mode written from the ground up. Fantasy and Editing were not missing features. They have never been in Connected Careers because this is the first edition of CC.

Of course if you feel it would be a good addition, make it a suggestion but not a complaint.

This is Madden 13 not Madden 12. It's a new game, with a brand new mode written from the ground up. Fantasy and Editing were not missing features. They have never been in Connected Careers because this is the first edition of CC.

Of course if you feel it would be a good addition, make it a suggestion but not a complaint.

Everyone on this board has made the same suggestions: FIX WHAT'S BROKEN IN CC.

That's all we truly want. The tone of this board would be greatly different if the mode didn't have so many problems, that are being entirely ignored in favour of this junk.


EA can come here and tell us "we're listening guize!" but I challenge them to prove it. Fix the bloody mode, prove it's not the same listening I did with my parents as a kid... "in one ear...and out the other".

Fantasy drafts says they are listening to the media, who made this missing feature into a big deal.

Isn't Fantasy Draft just going to make the inability of number editing more present?

Playing MUT I had soooo many players with the same numbers...really dumb looking. I had Jonathan Joseph, Ike Taylor, and Morris Claiborne as my first 3 CBs.

I find it absolutely hilarious that even when EA does something to please the fans and adds in a feature that so many people were seemingly outraged when it could not be implemented this year, they still get an almost infinite load of flak from people on this board.

EA will never be able to win this board over, will it? They could create a perfect Madden that had everything in it and people would still find things to moan and whine about. It makes me laugh.

Oh well, I'll enjoy this year's Madden all I want. If people just want to find things to complain about, that's fine.

I understand that this may be a big deal to some people (I am not one of them), but to me it would seem there are more pressing issues that need to be focused on. Who care's about fantasy draft when single player CCM is broken? The A.I. play calling and running game is terrible regardless of the setting and the majority of people would much rather have the ability to edit players. But EA offer's fantasy draft and tout's the "we listen to our fans" slogan.
