it's either EA lie again or Brian Burke is making me laugh. Columbus Blue Jackets is known now as Seattle Knights (CAT with CBJ players).

i was the Devils and was offered
to NJ
NYR 1st Round
to NYR
Martin Brodeur
and someone else not that good
pretty ridiculous considering they got Lundqvist -
Re: stupid trade proposal of CPU (in BaGM)
Yeah, it usually doesn't happen often, but I got offered:
2 1st round picks from NYI
for 4th round pick VAN.
?? What is this? I just think it's a glitch, because it only happened once.NBA Fan and NHL Fan!!Comment

Re: stupid trade proposal of CPU (in BaGM)
Personally, I've seen some solid trade offers.
In 2014, I was looking for a first line centre, got offered Cammi from the Flames for a late 1st, mid level prospect and a 3rd."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: stupid trade proposal of CPU (in BaGM)
but what happens is if someone goes on waivers, everyone gets a shot, but they start with the worst teams who get first dibbs.Comment

Re: stupid trade proposal of CPU (in BaGM)
It is because when you have your roster maxed at 50/50 contracts, you can't sign a waived player so it doesn't notify you when guys get waived. You have to keep your roster at 49 signed players maximum to get the offers.Comment

Nope, you still see the offers. However, when you hit 'Place Player In Minors,' he just won't show up."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: stupid trade proposal of CPU (in BaGM)
After putting 10 seasons in, I'll say that trade logic has improved over last year, and there's only 2 minor issues to deal with.
If a trade makes sense with your trading block, the CPU will just spam you with the exact same offer repeatedly. Then they will adjust it slightly, sometimes asking for more than the deal you declined 2 days previous.
They will offer a second round pick for your first.. Or 3rd for your 2nd, etc..
Both issues aren't a big problem.. The only thing that bothers me is that if I offer the CPU a deal twice, or even a similar deal twice, he gets all huffy and it costs me some GM points.. Why can't I give him the same pissy reply when he does it to me.. Like it's my job to be friends with every GM, but they can treat me like garbage?? It ain't right, man.. lolComment
