Operation Sports Forums - View Single Post - Just joined a CCM... no practice in pre-season week 1?

So, when starting my own online CCM last week as the sole coach and commissioner, I always had practice week 1 of the pre-season. I just joined a brand new one currently in week 1 of the pre-season, and... no practice. Can anybody shed any light on this?
