Truthfully IRL the defensive line and running back will see the majority of subs along with a few subs in the receiver department after big plays or a extended drive. The offensive line stay on the field the entire game and the corners, linebackers, and safeties rarely if ever sub out during a game. Bakc to my topic I have found that either the auto subs are broken for online CCM or only affect the user.
