Actually, scouting awr has helped me pick up many gems and I havent felt like im missing out much. Initially, I only scout awr for all the players in a position of need. A B awr means I automatically start looking at important ratings for the position. A C awr also warrants some looking into, as I have come across some players with mid 80 overalls with C awr. Anything lower than that though and I have been hard-pressed to find any great players. D and F awareness sometimes lead to 70 overalls. Awareness doesn't mean much when actually playing the games, as how you play is really dependent on you awareness (maybe it does affect the non-user players on the team). But I think awareness is important for simming (especially to me, as I sim a lot).
