If you're simply playing this game to get trophies then you're doing it wrong....then proclaiming the "game sucks" simply because they aren't candy trophies like other games. If you don't know a lot about baseball then you probably shouldn't be playing this particular game.

Pick a team play and have fun. Half of the time I'm playing an will get a trophy out of the blue.

Sports games are not exactly games to play for trophies they are played to have fun and play against others.

If you're just playing to get trophies then look at a shooter or button masher.

You're wanting to know how to get trophies, and then you say the game "sucks" when the answer is simply to play the game. If you want a list of trophies, ps3trophies.org might be the best place to go.

 I advise you to pay for fun because the movement you start playing for trophies this game will become a challenge and every now and then you will be in frustration of trophies and you might lose your touch.

Play the game and when you deserve you will get the trophy. Enjoy, this is what games is all about.

I agree the easiest way to get trophies is just to play the game. Trying for the trophies will just get you frustrated. I got trophies and half the time didn't know what they were for.

A lot of trophies are for doing unusual things like back-to-back home runs, excessive strikeouts etc... So just playing season mode on the easiest difficulty is probably the way to go.

But I'm not sure why anyone would ever play any game "for the trophies."

Just go to Walmart and buy yourself a trophy. It's a lot cheaper.

I agree with this. I had Napoli steal second the other day and got the "Run, Benjie, Run" trophy. Ahhh, the Molina Cycle; lots of memories...

Best team to use in franchise mode and not sure this is the best game mode to start with.

This is one game where you need to play a season to get trophies. The more you play, the greater it increases the chances. Some trophies, like hitting a HR in a specific area of a ballpark, can be done in HR derby. For all others, you will have to earn them...
