NBA Live 10 Update from E.A

As they had done in the past when they didn't release 11, they gave NBA Live 10 an update. For the few of us who still consistently play Live 10 or want another bball game option, should we demand an update for this year? I preordered Live 13 for $60, so I better get my money back! haha

For 2K, the biggest thing for me has always been controls. 2K is heading in the right direction, but they are far behind to even compare to Live 10 controls. I personally play Live 10 by myself, and 2K with friends. Most of my friends are 2K fan boys, but even they have to admit that Lives' control are on a whole different level.

It's a sad day for any Live fans like myself. I guess I'll have to stick to custom Live 10 and NCAA 10 updates for now. I've lost all hope for EA basketball. Year an year I try to forget the game, but being Live was a great part of my childhood gaming, it's hard to let go. I'm interested in hearing some different opinions and debates, so let it all out! Thanks!

EA please keep live 10 alive!!!! If anything just the servers...but yes it would be awesome to have all the patches and updated rosters back. People still play this game nightly and it would be a shame to let it die.

It sucks how the loser haters [I wish I could use harsher LOL] feel like they've accomplished something. Hardcore Live fan here since the NINETIES, but obviously I have switched over and it's not bad I'll admit. But I hate how these "haters" just have to say something. Leave it alone. If you dont like or never did like Live why even bother with us ole' Live fans? Dang.

Do a lot of people play 10 still? I get the vibe from this section that the'res a bunch of ya'll who still play, but if I buy it, update, and go for a random ranked will I get one right away, within a few seconds/minutes, or will I be lucky to get a random game in 10?

Sorry but we're basketball fans. Once your get that point through that dense skull, and stop being naive you'll understand. And maybe you just won't settle for less like you're doing now. Turn 2 & carry on.

Unless you live outside the US or in some remote part of the state, not sure on the status of Gamestop worldwide and in certain parts of the country, you should be able to walk into most Gamestops and pick up a copy of Live 10 or even more easily

With 2K13 dropping Tuesday and looking like a monster this year however, I wouldn't waste my time personally. To each his own though, I suppose.

I feel that they should get the dynamic dna thing up and running after once again disappointing NBA live fans with another cancelled game, its the least they can do.

I love Live 10, and i've played many many games during the years, didn't understand why they was trying with this whole Elite thing, and it went bad, and so did live 13.

This. Period. I definitely understand there are some Live or 2K "haters" on this site, sure. But the VAST majority of us here, I get the sense are basketball fans first and foremost. Period. I see this notion that people will hate on Live/2K just because they "root" for the other company, and it's ridiculous.

NEWSFLASH: These companies do not care about you, why are you *returning* a favor you never received. Be a gamer, and go to where the good games are. The minute EA releases a quality Live I will buy it, as I have since Lakers vs Celtics. These guys haven't even released a game since 2009, and you still proudly state your "homer" status. SMH.

One of those things I'll never really get.
