anybody else having problems with online pass(game doesnt recognize my pass anymore)?

This morning I fire up the game and the screen for online pass pops up where it asks you if you want to enter code, buy a pass, or do it later. It confused me because I entered the code the first time I put the disc in my 360 when I first bought the game in July, and havent had any problems since until now. I re-entered the code, but nope, says it is already in use. I chose the option to get it later or whatever it is, and thought maybe it was a small glitch and everything would work like it is supposed to once I got to the main menu of the game. I clicked on my Online Dynasty, and I got prompted again saying I need the online pass.

I couldnt find any threads on here in the last day or two about it, so I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this?

the time i experienced that, i re-entered my original code, as you did. it accepted it. later that day, there was a tuner released.

yeah i'll give it more time. the last tuner was a week or so ago, so I dont think that would be it.

This has happened to me a few times, just keep trying exiting and going back in and it will eventualy work.

Just had the same problem today...does the exiting and going back in work? I took the free 2-day trial so I can't tell now

Have you tried deleting and redownloading the online pass file?

I just got this error..I threw out my code when I entered it thinking I didn't need it anymore

Having this same problem. You can go into account management, download history, and re-download the pass. Works almost every time. No need to enter your code again.


Update- This is not currently working for me. Gonna try deleting tuner/patch/clear system cache.

if this doesn't get resolved, my way of fixing it will be to sell NCAA to amazon and never buying a EA game again, sick of the bull crap that goes on in their games

guessing, it's out for a lot of people, seen it on a few other places as well complaining

The EA Sports team knows about it. I think it is mainly Xbox360 users. They said a fix is in the works. Who knows how long it will take.
