Freezing when editing player position

My Madden freezes EVERYTIME I edit a player's position when using the last two roster updates. Anyone else having this problem? It bugs the heck out me!

I know it is stupid but I have not even started playing the game because I am unable edit a few positions.

I can edit the default rosters but not the updates. I have also tried deleting all Madden files and starting over. Anyone have any ideas????

My game freezes when I try to release players 'offline'.

Same for me, each and every time.

Actually, my game (PS3 version) has frozen the last two times I've tried to play, bot were right after I downloaded the most recent patch. One was while managing the depth chart and another was during the 4th quarter of a game. Frustrating, as other than the aforementioned release player freeze, I hadn't had the game hang on me before.

I've noticed if I sign out of my profile (not attached to the servers) the game doesn't freeze. That has been my work around, however once it did freeze while doing that.

Same for me to. Just can't make any edits without the game freezing.

Any info on if a patch is coming out or are we just going to be stuck with this for a year?
