Judging by the comments I've seen about that game, my thoughts will likely be unpopular. But bear with me.

I just finished playing my last game of 2k12 after picking it up on launch day. (As ill be picking up 13 tomorrow) And i have to say, I have never had more fun with a 2k sports game. Don't get me wrong, I loved 2k11. But there was something about 2k12 that kept drawing me back. The association was endless fun. My player was improved. And gameplay was polished. Just a solid game.

That's all. Just wanted to give props to the great team members of 2k sports for pumping out great games year after year. Again, I know people will disagree with me. The only reason I posted this is because I didn't feel like 12 got the attention it deserved.

Same here im ganna play it till black friday when ill pick up 13 iv had it since release and still anit bord with it. it has its problems but sliders and roster tweaks help fix that.

I feel ya!!! About to play my last MP on 12 and retire. 2k12 gave me 12 months of enjoyment and that's about all you can ask for in a yearly sports title.

I agree man, definitely the best basketball game ever IMO. Just stopped playing it about a week ago and have so many hours logged as well.

i agree.....i've played 2k12 more than any other video basketball game ever. part of the reason is there are so many great 2k share rosters this year, even more than 2k11. i've barely touched 2k11 since i picked up 2k12. i didn't trade in 2k11 nor will i be trading in 2k12.

I loved the NBA Greatest mode. It really made me feel like I was watching a live game back in those eras.

I liked 2k12, despite its flaws and probably would have kept it for another year since I don't usually buy this title every year.

But the great reviews/feedback about 2k13, coupled with the $15 Amazon credit I have for buying NHL 13 and the $18 I am getting from Amazon for trading in 2k12 has prompted me to pick up 2k13.

Hopefully, it's the right decision, because, like you said, I thought 2k12 was unfairly criticized by too many hardcore types.

Same here. Went in tonight and made sure I had all the top rosters downloaded just in case 2kshare is taken down for 2k12..

MyPlayer is on a 25 game winning streak in 2k12, I have to play it until I lose a game... at least one game a week just to finish things out.
