How to increase overall in CCM?

I've been playing CCM with a balanced HB and need to increase my overall. I just finished my first season and I have 79,500 points or so to use. What should I try to upgrade? because no matter what I can't seem to increase my overall

if your only concerned with raisin your overall then awareness and ball carrier vision are the way to go. trucking,elusiveness, etc all seem to have minimal effect on overall. I also believe the production rating plays into what your overall rating is. so yea awareness and ball carrier vision for a runningback
