I guess it means that you ISO alot. It is basically a iso play. All of your teammates will get out of your way. Basically making it a one-on-one play.

The games recognizes that your player likes to break down a defender for a drive or shot creation when you get the ball

My PG cant shoot, so I try drive to the basket alot. I get that play once a gam.
