Energy Drains Way Too Fast
I play online, and the energy drains way too fast this year. I'm all for using substitutions, but the big men fatigue like they are playing a game in the middle of the Sahara Desert. After about 2 and a half minutes, DeMarcus Cousins only has 3 of his 5 energy bars.
I hope they patch it up. I'm babysitting my substitutions all game because of how much the energy drains.Tags: None -
Too much fatigue is much better than too little. And are you abusing the sprint button?

Re: Energy Drains Way Too Fast
I started an Online Association with 12 min quarters, and my bigs are pretty much spent 3 minutes in. So I'll sub in another big around the 8 or 9 minute mark, and he's dead in three minutes or so, too. So 7 minutes into the game, and all my starting and bench big men are tired.
It's pretty ridiculous considering I don't sprint with them, and my coach sliders for Offensive Tempo and Fast Break are at 50, so I don't understand why they lose most of their stamina within 3-4 minutes. Adjusting to sliders for fatigue and stamina in OA's don't seem to make a difference, so that's cool.
In the real NBA, starting big men will often play entire quarters without subbing out, and it's not like they are dying of exhaustion by the time the quarter ends.Comment

I like the way fatigue is done this year. Forces u to use your time outs when in the past time outs never really mattered to me. Also forces u to use your bench instead of having your starting 5 in the whole game.
Just gotta know how to manage their minutes. After three minutes call a time out if you have to. I've notice much of it has to do with holding down the Sprint button when using big men. Also, if your going up against an opponent that has the bruiser Sig, your energy will get drained quick.
Makes for a chess match and that's what I want when it comes to online competition.

Re: Energy Drains Way Too Fast
I use to think the same. However, I have found that its actually perfect, and the timing comes out perfect. I play 12 min quarters in online association and my starting big man plays around 30 minutes a game. He really can't get away with any more, and I like it that way. I am glad 2k finally has made subs necessary.Comment

Where is the fatigue adjustment where you can lower or higher? did they get rid of that too?Comment

Re: Energy Drains Way Too Fast
I don't get all these " I love Fatigue now" posts. It's clearly broken in Online Association that is not a debatable issue. In-game if you check and players stamina attribute, they are all at 50 after a game or two. That is a glitch and needs to be fixed. period.Comment
