Should a Penalty Have Been Called On This Play?

This happened in one of my season games earlier. As you can see, right after I lost the face-off I checked this guy into his own goalie and the puck did in fact go in.

After the puck crossed the line did the ref in NHL 13 stop play and call a penalty here for goaltender interference or some other infraction or did the goal count?

I'm not exactly sure what the official NHL regulations are on this type of situation, but I thought this might be a fun poll to see some opinions.

I will post what happened in the game when the poll closes by the way.

Yes, flagrant penalty and I'm sure the game called one. Goal overturned!

Yes, there was a penalty but the game didn't call one. Goal.

No, there was no penalty on the play at all. Good goal.

Good goal. Player with the puck skated on his own to infront of the net and was pushed from behind and made contact with his own goalie. I dont think that is a goalie interference since you are allowed to make contact with puckcarrier...

No goal. You cannot shove a player into his own goalie, so it is interference.

        No penalty.

The player hit the defender who clearly had the puck. The defender himself went into the goalie. Had the D not had the puck, that would be a different story.

There was no penalty for checking the player into the goalie because the player had the puck.

              This has two correct answers.

Was the player putting the check in front of the net #96 Tomas Holmstrom

YES - No goal, goalie interference must be called, add 2 minute minor at your own discretion

              NO - Good goal

Well , poll is closed ..... the answer?

No penalty and goal counted !

Would there have been a penalty called if this happened in a real NHL game on the ice? Guess that is debatable.
