Cleveland Force best XI uploaded! NASL '79 next...
I just finished my first FIFA 13 creation centre team. Thought I'd share it for any Cleveland Force fans out there. My next project is the 1979 NASL with all 24 teams (if EA ever allows us to purchase more created player slots).
My team is the Cleveland Force Best XI (1978-1988). Yes, they played indoor however they did play outdoor exhibition games, and many of their players had solid careers in the NASL and overseas (including several who played in World Cup). I grew up watching this team so probably knew their players better than any current teams not already in FIFA 13.
I took their rosters over the 10 year period and cut it down to who I considered to be their best 25 players. There were a few that probably should have made the cut (Graham Fyfe, John Victor, Drew Ferguson, Prosper Cohen) but I decided to go with the players that had the biggest impact on the team success.
All 25 players were created with correct nationality, birthday (plus 30 years), and best I could do likeness. Their attributes are from my memory and watching a few old games on YouTube. Kits were tricky - not too easy to do 1980's style Umbro. Enjoy!
