Actually, I do. They should have stuck to their guns. They are the developers, they know their timeline and what they want with the feature.
They should know people are going to push for what they want. If it ain't ready yet, keep saying it. The answer they gave the first time was good - "It's not ready yet. It will be in when we feel it's ready for prime time."
Putting something out that's not ready, that's even worse judgement, even if it was to appease the community (since the bugs are going to do anything but appease).
I'm not a M13 defender - I'm probably considered one of those "complainers" someone else talked about, but that first answer was perfect and they should have stuck with it. Rushing it out didn't turn out well evidently.
