Michael Jordan: The Legend Of The Greatest

Sorry if this has been posted already but I didn't see it...but this should put to rest even a whisper of who the goat is...4 hours

Video was posted 3 months ago on youtube...4 hours of Michael Jordan, seemingly every offensive play in his career...I know its not but if seems like it..and his college career...Also passes and blocks and just a lot of ridiculous stuff....To hell with the 3 point shooters..this man may be the greatest shooter also in NBA history, watch the amount and variety of shots he hits in this thing..I thought I had seen everything Jordan there was to see..This dude must own every Jordan game every televised as most of this footage is from the original TV broadcasts....This has been downloaded and burned and played in my DVD player all week, lol...I hated Jordan, I love the Pacers..I hate the Bulls...This man is another stratosphere....

I think it's just that most people have already seen all of this.

It's almost a whole decade and people are still bowing to MJ. Let LeBron, KD and the new crop of superstars shine.

Until people start playing above and beyond the way Mike did, fans will continue to bow to him for another 20 years.

The NBA today just doesn't compare to that of the 80's and 90's, I spend most of the current regular season watching retro games. I'd take a 90's Pacers vs Knicks match anyday over Heat vs OKC with a whistle happy ref.

Never get tired of watching Jordan go to work. The guy was just simply the best to ever lace them up.

The video is a GREAT find. I think people are just sick of the Jordan "debate" so don't want to comment, in fear of rehashing it. We already have one post of "let Lebron and Durant shine" as if acknowledging the one considered the GOAT somehow limits them from surpassing him. Anyway, it's a circular discussion that I don't think anyone wants to have again. It's a shame we can't just have a thread focusing on the good things one player did without discrediting him or others to make a comparison.

This 4 hour video is actually full of footage that you mostly don't see in other videos

Did you ever see MJ bald in any North Carolina videos? He was in a clip on this one... lots of the college stuff there and you can see his footwork and post moves and different things already in his game at that time, its crazy

I honestly don't care about the comparison crap, but that is the vice nowadays for people who can't just enjoy the game for what it is

I haven't gotten a chance to watch the video in this thread yet, but I also know there is bald Carolina footage in my favorite of Jordan's movies, "Come Fly With Me".

Yeah there arent many of those floating around.. I was just saying that to say that this video is long but it contains a bunch of stuff you don't usually see

I wouldnt watch it all at once but its definitely interesting for a fan in general... for example how many college players look as nasty as this guy did back then

One of my fondest memories of childhood is going to the Greensboro Coliseum and seeing Jordan during his Sophmore year play against Georgia Tech. I still have the little Carolina Basketball from the souvenir stand. No one saw what Mike Jordan would become though.

Thanks for sharing that video, brought back some good times to mind.

no problem. I just want people to see this. I wasn't a Jordan fan growing up but I've come to appreciate him much more now that I'm older....
