FIFA 13 Title Update Available Now For 360 and PS3 - More Details Added

As many of you were aware, the FIFA 13 title update was delayed for consoles last week, but was available for PC. It is now available for the 360 and later today for PS3.

UPDATE: It is now available for PS3.

EA Sports has apologized for the recent delays in the FIFA 13 title update and have taken this opportunity to address additional issues that have been found, as seen below.

• Fix to improve stability across all online game modes
• Stability in EA SPORTS Football Club challenges.
• National anthems will be properly synced with their corresponding national teams.
• Stability when beginning FIFA 13 whilst connected to a social network on console.
• Optimized searching in Seasons and other online modes.
• Connection stability in Online Seasons when finding an opponent, and at kick-off.
• Career Mode freeze while starting a new career with free agents.
• Career Mode hangs when using Game Face.
• Stability in Career Mode when players retire or are being bought back from loan.
• Users will no longer be able to lower difficulty settings in a FUT Seasons match.
• Freeze in FUT Online Tournament HUB on PS3.
• Napoli of Serie A will now have fully authentic kits and crests in FIFA and FIFA Ultimate Team.
• Legacy defending and passing assistance options removed in Pro Clubs.
• Freeze in Pro Clubs Results screen.
• Matchmaking settings in Pro Clubs (with "ANY" and "Match Keeper") will provide the desired results.
• Changes made in National Squad not properly reflected in Manager Mode screen.
• (PC Only) Freeze while retrieving Hospitality Settings.

So if Legacy defending was removed from pro clubs as well as passing assits, does that mean it remains an option in online seasons?

I'm interested to find out.

Just wait. People will swear the gameplay is improved since the update. Even though EA will swear they changed nothing, and even though nothing will actually have been changed. Happens every year.

it hasnt been fixed in my career mode. i tried to buy a player and sign a contract and it keeps freezing still. im not sure if it works on new career's started post patch.


btw im in year 2018 and to this point have mainly used youth players for my sqaud so this wasnt effecting me too much but kinda stinks i cant purchase any players now.

Lol. "Stability" fix? What does that vagueness even mean? This patch is a joke, multiple freezes and crashes still remain in the game. What exactly was the point of removing Legacy defending from Pro Clubs? Now you're forced to play with CPU players doing the "tactical" defending, which includes standing around as people blow by them, jogging alongside them as they move along the 18 for a shot, etc. I'm not a big fan of the "homing defenders" that Legacy brought to the table, but at least the CPU players would actually step to a player and attempt to play defense, rather than let them run unchecked all day. And by the way, 90% of the teams I've encountered on Pro Clubs used Legacy.....so maybe the problem isn't Legacy, it's the tactical defending. Fail.

Doesnt seem like it fixed any stability issues with online seasons whatsoever....quite disappointed
