What is more important for you, Offline or Online CCM?

Since many people have the feeling that ea doesnt care much abt offline gamers anymore i wanted to ask how many of you guys here actually still prefer to play offline instead of online?

I don't really think that is a fair question. Or maybe it is just the word important that is throwing me off. Generally, I will play offline on any game, and prefer that, but, for instance, after I learn M13 and coach a few seasons, I could see where it would be incredibly fun to play in a league where all the decisions (FA, Draft, Trade etc) are made by other humans instead of CPU...so both would be equally important, I guess, that's my answer, and I was just thinking out loud in writing

I think the main deterrent to offline though (and this applies to all games not just EA or madden) are the people, and they are always there that cheat the system and integrity of "fair play" in climb the ladder or leader boards etc... ruin it for everyone.

P.S. Don't EVEN get me started on people who sell xp and gold for games like WOW and Vanguard and such for real money serious, don't EVEN !!

Oh, me again, I'm back, and actually the main thing I wanted to say is that I don't think EA prefers on or offline one way or the other. I think there are coding/management issues that make some things easier for one or the other. Like tuning was available online and not off, so offliners (me included) felt abandoned, yet we got the full benefit of the patch 4 days earlier than onliners, so it probably all balances out in the end.

I like to play Solo CCM, but in the end it doesnt matter to me if I have to play it offline or online. I have a quite stable internet connection, and unless i stayed logged in overnight, I never had any of the disconnect issues that plagued some gamers.

As long as I can do a solo CCM, it can be either online or offline, doesnt hurt my game any.

Only played online cc cause offline was broken. After the patch no use for online anymore

i chose to ask which is more important cos my question/poll is more or less just abt the ccm mode, not abt online/offline play in general. anyways i think you voted for the right option, following your explaination.

You can play online CCM by yourself so this question is kinda irrelavent.

Definitely offline. It wouldn't matter either way to me because I only play vs the CPU in a one team CCM online anyways. But the part I can't stand is being kicked off the server. Nothing is more frustrating than playing a game and losing connection with 2 minutes to go in the game. If that wasnt an issue, it wouldnt bother me either way

I still dont understand tehd ifference between an offline ccm and an online single person ccm. I dont like head to head competion online, but would like an explanation

Offline for me. Like above post, hate when EA servers go down during single player online games and don't count.

Offline.

I simply don't have the time for an online CCM. An offline CCM is on my time schedule and I don't have to rush to play games or find the time to squeeze games in when others are waiting on me.

I am sure it's cool, but I highly doubt online gaming will ever be for me. With my limited gaming time, playing offline is the way to go.
