Meet with GM guide and tips ?

    Does it excist?

Especially what to choose when wanting to trade for players, sign free agents and how to keep your favorite players on the team.

    Please share your experiences here.

    I'd like to know, too.

    I'm not very far along.

I'm trying to get traded even though I'm on my favorite team, the Celtics.

My GM wouldn't get rid of Terry or Bradley.
    NCAA: Kentucky Wildcats
    NBA: Boston Celtics
    NFL: Cincinnati Bengals
    MLB: Atlanta Braves

Just a guess because I haven't finished my first season yet, but I think you can influence getting traded/trading others based on a mix of overall, fan popularity, & chemistry. Maybe how many followers you have too lol

I agree...the point is there is autosave so you want to make the right choices. So what are the best things to say to the gm and when to say em

I'm on the Bucks and Monta Ellis is a huge ball hog. Shoots like 30 shots a game. Sure he's scoring around 40 a game (52 last game) and the team is 10-2 but I don't get many touches because he hardly ever passes to anyone. Even if he's doubled he still shoots most the time. Told the GM I was having a problem with him lol. Haven't played another game yet wonder if anything will happen.

I'm on the suns and get subbed to shooting guard whenever telfair comes in. I've complained about him 3 times and the gm STILL hasn't traded him yet. We're above .500 so I don't get the "I'm tired of losing" option, but if I do, I'm going to choose nothing but 2 guards around 65-68 overall so that he gets traded.

Im on the Blazers and Im a PG. I want to ask to GM to trade Lilard so I can get more playing time. Are there any negative consequences for asking to get a player traded??

I haven't had anything happen yet.

I'm on the Blazers and I'm tired of looking at Luke Babbitt's ugly mug so I told the GM that he and I are having problems. Then I told him he should be traded. I've done both about 3 separate times already.

...15 games later and he's still on the team. I went from the bench to the most minutes.

Nothing has happened to him and nothing affected my guy's pt. BS, imo.

The "I'm tired of losing one" works though. They asked me who I wanted to trade for and my team did acquire Chandler (whom I asked for). This was in another My Player.

I play for the Bucks too and when he does pass it I pass it back to get an easy assist. I mainly get the ball from Brandon Jennings. Keep Monta he'll come through in the Clutch. Just beat the Heat by 1. He hit the Game winner over D-Wade and Super Mario. Charlie Sheen type Winning.
I play with the Lakers in every video game....You ever seen Kobe throw a touchdown pass?

I have no issues playing with the 76ers they pass the ball around nonstop.

That dude just dropped 70 on me in my suns career in overtime. We lost by 2 pts 147-145. We had stopped them and grabbed the rebound and I called time out with 10 secs left on the clock so we could advance the ball and get a decent shot. Coach told me to sit for calling time out in that situation. And I lost 5 mins off my rotation.

So I had to watch my teammates waste our final possession and we lose. The combination of Monta and the coach caused me to turn of my Xbox for the rest of the night I was so pissed.

So yeah, keep Monta. Dudes better than Jordan lol

It seems to me that you guys are just way to greedy with unrealistic demands. Why would a GM take commands from some rookie who's barely proved anything and is not even close to being a leader. At least I wouldn't if I'm GM.
That's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life.

lol. I wasn't going to ask for a trade or anything seeing as we're 10-2 but I was mad that Monta won't ever share the ball with anyone. But if he really is this good on the game I won't tell the GM to trade him. I'll just keep him on the team. I won't get that many touches but if we keep winning games I suppose I'm good
