In a playbook rut, help me!

In my online CCM Im using the Bills, I have been using Spiller at RB and traded for Kaepernick at QB. So I have speed at the HB position and some elusiveness at the QB position with a huge strength is medium routes. (Kaepernicks Mid accuracy is 85).

With that said I am in a playbook funk, I have been flip flopping between these few and i have had some success but i need more balance. Please offer me suggestions, as indepth as possible.

USED - Reason I dont like it
Saints - Difficulty passing if I get behind
Cardinals - Having a hard time establishing a solid running game.
49ers - Tough to run/pass because most formations give it away.

Any other suggestions to play to my strengths? Please help me I need to make a run Im currently 9-5

I also play the Bills and I use a modified version of the Eagles playbook for this reason. I can sub in Tarvaris Jackson for a little mobile QB action as necessary.
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

Thanks for the suggestions guys I played as little with the Redskins book last night. Having a hard time running out of it without using the read options though.

Miami, Houston, Tampa, and Atlanta all have great books for mixing the run and short passing game, imo. STL is more run heavy but it is ok to face 3rd and 9 with a 2 back set which I think too many people are afraid of.
