I did it by... going into MyCareer and I'm sponsored by Jordan... Then I can edit any of the Jordan's to any color and save as may as you want.(I think because I have like 5 so far). Under "My Shoes " in mycareer menus... and all your saved ones show up in your closet for online blacktop play too.SKINS

Re: Can Jordans get team colors in MyCareer?
Also they give you the option of using team colors when editing the most of the shoes. Instead of making a shoe for every different colorway, you can edit certain parts of the shoe in team color 1 (the teams primary color) or team color 2 (for most teams it's white for home and for most teams its black for away). So say you play for the Warriors and you made a pair of custom Jordan 13's with teams colors 1 and 2. If you play at home your Jordan 13's would be white and blue at home, and black and blue on the road. Or if you played in the Warriors jerseys from 2009, they would be white and navy at home and black and orange or the road.Sometimes you gotta' stand by your failures to recognize your success.Comment

When you put the shoe on the player you use for MyCareer, it defaults the blue/gray placeholder team colors. This seems to be strictly for MyCareer only.
I made a few pair of shoes, and put the on a few players and went to their Edit menu and the shoes were the right color.
Tried it many times on my career, no success. You have to manually input the color. I can't get the Rockets color to be accurate on my shoes.Comment
