By Joseph Herron - Ladies and gentlemen, itโ€™s with very heavy heart that I report one of the greatest proponents of boxing has passed away.

Damn. This one really hurts. He did so much for my neighborhood and city.

The Godfather of Detroit boxing. A great Detroiter, and a boxing legend. Really sorry to see him gone. Detroit will miss him, the boxing community will miss him even more.
