Posted in the Braves thread, but Atlanta picked up options on Hudson, Maholm, and McCann."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment

I look forward to seeing what terrible signing the Marlins make. I predict they overpay BJ Upton
I'll give them Jose Reyes tho, that panned out last year at least.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Rangers decline the options of Scott Feldman and Yoshi Tateyama. This should be an interesting offseason for the Rangers, as they have a lot of guys who are going to be FA's. I just hope Josh Hamilton isn't a Ranger next season.Comment

There's been talk of Milwaukee really pushing for J. Hamilton. Can you imagine Braun and Hamilton on the same time.MLB: Boston Red Sox, Atlanta Braves
NBA:Detroit Pistons, Memphis Grizzlies

As much as I would love to add Hamilton... I just don't see it
But Braun/Hamilton might be a better combo then Cabrera/Fielder!Milwaukee Brewers | Green Bay Packers | North Carolina Tar Heels | Wisconsin BadgersComment

Some people up here would love to see Hamilton in Toronto but I don't see it happening. I kinda feel like Hamilton is a slightly risky proposition considering his swoon late last year. He only hit .245 in the last couple months of the year and his production was pretty poor.
Still, I see him getting a massive contract.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

yeah, but he'll still be that 280-310 avg, 30-40 Hr, and 90-120 Rbi guy. I really don't see Hamilton in texas next year, and if he goes to Milwaukee he'll still play in a hitting park which will still help him. Some people up here would love to see Hamilton in Toronto but I don't see it happening. Rafael Soriano will opt out of his contract with the Yankees and elect free agency today, Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com reports.
The Angels are aggressively trying to trade starters Dan Haren and Ervin Santana, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports

From the managerial search files: Sandy Alomar is now off the Jays manager candidates list as he's sticking around in Cleveland to be Francona's bench coach, can't really blame him on that one.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
