    Welcome 2 the Next-Gen (PS4/720) Nba 2k wishlist

Even tho I'm jumping the gun and we have no specs for the new systems but the early Dev kits have been distributed to different developers this year. What would you like to see in the new NBA 2k14 or 15 game?

    <iframe width="468" height="263" src="http://widgets.ign.com/video/embed/content.html?url=http://www.ign.com/videos/2012/11/01/ign-daily-fix-110112" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    I would like
Completely rewritten code, no hold over from PS2 or original xbox or PS3 and 360. I just want this to feel like a brand new experience.
Scores from your online association league that are played or playing the same time you are. Scroll at the bottom.
Allow accessories that you put on your player to show up online. headbands, sleeves etc.
Backbreaker type or even Madden type of "on the fly" animations.
    NO MORE MORPHING!!!!!
There are more but I'm sleepy..

they could simply buy TNT license and stop pretending that they're creative as it goes for the look of the scoreboard and so on.

thanks to this they would have more time to focus on giving a proper roster and improving gameplay.

One thing I want to see is highlights from around the league, but I doubt it.

Great thread; I've been thinking about this topic lately, being that it's pretty likely the '14 iterations will be on (or at least ported *up* to) new hardware.

I think the storage increase will do a LOT for the next gen of hoops games. Things like choose-able/editable MyPlayer voices that 2K said can't be done on current systems due to space limits.

*Live look-ins of games around the league

*Postgame press interviews in different areas, for example not just at the press avail table, but in locker room surrounded by mics, at practice, interviews with coach/player with the halftime crew/sideline reporter before the 4th etc

          *Full D-League

*More sponsorships (Gatorade, Axe, etc) in MP

*The crowd is def overdue for a resolution jump, really bad. Coaches/bench players too

*Ability to use any combination of current "real" players' hair/facial attributes when creating your MP. It's annoying seeing the perfect waves they put on a player like Rudy Gay or Jrue Holiday, but my player has some stupid "buzz" cut. LOL

Just a few for now, but definitely exciting knowing a new cycle is getting closer.

Most likely sooner then 3 years. 360 from concept to reality was 2 and a half years so they are on track for a 2014 Holiday release..My opinion of course.

                            • Spectator mode in online associations, when we can go into a lobby to watch other users play their game. I've been waiting for either 2K or Madden to do this. Online Association NBA Finals is something I'd definitely watch (of course I'd be playing in the Finals....) and spectate, just because its my league. Other teams in the NBA watch other teams, why can't we?

                            • Like someone said, it's time for a crowd and bench overhaul. Bench figures look extremely weird to me, I wish they kept the same player models as when they go into the game. Crowd is general could/needs to be redone for next-gen. Looks like they recorded 30 people's movement in the crowd and pasted it all over the place. Crowd needs to know when to go crazy, tired of hitting a 3 in the 2nd quarter and they act as if it was a game-tying shot. It's gotten to the point where I don't even notice the crowd anymore, so I can't really speak on what else needs to be done. I know for sure, if the Pistons were in the NBA Finals, they need to be full capacity, not always empty (at the top).

                            • Deeper association mode. I saw in another thread someone mention, ticket prices, concessions, etc. Something I truly enjoyed in earlier Maddens and MVP 2005. This affects attendance, team revenue, etc. Whether they can't do that now because of the "space limit" is something I would see them not have an excuse for on next-gen.

                            • New player models. I'm tired of LeBron James not looking like the physical monster he is, and everyone else in the league looking exactly the same, even my created player/myplayer. With better graphics and such, this should be able to get done. Pau Gasol should not look like Kendrick Perkins.

                            • Whereas a TNT license would be great, just make sure you don't bring back Jay-Z. I have no complaints about his presentation idea/outlook, but you've coulda done much better. But with Madden 12, their presentation sometimes makes me feel like I'm in an actual broadcast game, with their boot-leg CBS graphics and their commentating. 2K really needs to stop accepting these weak presentation graphics they keep putting up, and bring in someone from ESPN or TNT to show then how to make it look.

                            • Facial Hair/Hair and Tattoos. Nothing else needs be said. These are the same cuts since 2K10.... Moving on.

                            • Not sure if any of you know, but the court to player ratio in the game is incorrect. The court size is too small, when running a play in halfcourt, there's no space. Watch an NBA game and compare the sizes to real life and 2K. 2K is way too small

There's more things that haven't come across my mind, and I will find as I turn 2K on.
