Thumbs up Re: Jarodd21s Madden 13 All-Madden sliders

NFC Conference Championship
Tampa Bay Bucaneers vs. Green Bay Packers

Bucaneers win the toss and elect to defer.
1st Quarter:
Aaron Rodgers dinks and dunks down the field and into the red zone, eventually resulting in a P. Hillis td (0-7). The Bucaneers respond with a similar drive which ends with a short TD pass to B. Boss. (7-7). On the Packers next possession Aaron Rodgers on 3rd and long attempts to hit a double covered Greg Jennings on a comeback and is picked off by A.Talib.

2nd Quarter
The bucs can't get anything going and settle for a FG in the opening seconds of the second quarter (10-7). After exchanging a pair of fruitless drives and battling for field position the Packers strip the ball from D. Martin in bucaneer territory and a few plays later turn it into a TD run for J. Harris with under a minute remaining. (10-14).

Halftime: Bucs 10 - Packers 14

3rd Quarter
Looking to turn things around, the bucs come out running, picking up a pair of first downs courtesy of Doug Martin. Then on a 3rd and 7 B. Boss fumbles fighting for extra yardage and GB recovers around mid field. The ensuing drive only yields one first down, but it was enough for a FG. (10-17). Tampa's next drive goes 3 and out (perhaps being overly cautious) and the Packers once again convert favorable field position into a FG (10-20). Determined not to let the game slip away the Bucaneers drive down the field converting two 4th down attempts eventually producing a D. Martin RD run. (17-20)

4th Quarter
Aaron Rodgers marches down into the red zone seemingly unopposed for the go-ahead TD. However pressure in the pocket forces a rare errant throw and they settle for a FG. (17-23). Feeling the pressure to mount yet another 4th quarter comeback, Josh Freeman attempts to split the zone coverage on a streak to Vincent Jackson only to be picked off by Tramon Williams! The resulting drive produced a J. Nelson TD reception to put the packers up by 12 with 3:34 remaining. Smelling blood in the water the packers went for 2 , but P. Hillis was bottled up on the attempt. (17-29). Down, but not out, the Bucs attempted a draw up the middle and a toss before Josh Freeman found B. Boss streaking part a LB for a 74-yd TD on 3rd and 6. A successful 2-pt conversion would put them within a FG; however the Packers D collapsed the pocket on the attempt and Freeman was unable to hit his target. (25-29). With 2:21 remaining the Bucs lined up for the inside kick....only to have it recovered by Jordy Nelson. The Packers drove into field goal range on a few sideline passes by Rodgers then began pounding the ball with Hilis. After the 2min warning the Bucs D stopped Hilis for a loss and burned its last TO to stop the clock with 1:47 remaining. Mason Crosby converted his 4th FG of the day to put the Packers up (25-32). After an uneventful KR, J. Freeman got to work, hitting Mike Williams on a comeback and D. Martin in the flard in the hurry up offense. Attempting to catch the defense off guard, coach Morris called a draw from a spread formation on the GB 37, D. Martin scampered to the GB 25. As the game clock sunk below 15 seconds Freeman called an audible to his favorite target and B. Boss hauled in his 3rd TD with 9 seconds remaining. But the Bucs would still need a 2-pt just to tie it up. On the next play Freeman hit Boss in the flats on a PA pass to bring them even (32-32). With 9s on the clock coach called for a Squibb kick....With a twist. Aim for the sideline and give it just enough power to get past the first row of blockers. As the ball bounced around like a live grenade Tiquan Underwood came streaking from the sideline to recover it just in front of the astonished packers return men. With no TO remaining, coach Morris sent Conner Barth out on first down to attempt the 50 yarder. He didn't hit it cleanly and the wind began to draw the ball closer to oblivion, but it just sails over the crossbar GOOD!!! ......however, there were still 2 seconds left on the clock, and Aaron Rodgers didn't win everything for no reason. Surprisingly however Mike McCarthy only sent out a 2 receiver set and ran a screen pass to J. Harris.

Bucs win! Bucs win! Bucs win!

Still shaking, just have to wait and see who wins in the AFC championship...........Steelers vs. Dolphins
