Awesome, along with this update came support for 32gb USB drives, doubling the previous limit of 16gb. You could always use bigger, but for whatever reason the 360 would only be able to format/use 16gb.

Using 2 at a time, you should be able to add 64gb of space to your 360 should you need it for relatively cheap. 32gb drives start at $20 on Amazon.
