Yes, in every slider set I've tried and every version I've put up, I've still always noticed that the AI has a tendency to run too much and doesn't take their time on offense.

I've been fidgeting with the Offensive Awareness and Attack the Basket sliders and I'm seeing some interesting results, but nothing that I'm overly satisfied with. Hopefully I can get this one worked out soon.
