I think its terrible. Just another marketing ploy like twitter was for M13.

There are countless, countless, countless other things that need to be fixed/added before they add more useless crap like twitter and refs.

I agree with what you are saying but I just think it would bring to authencity of the game

but I'm with you when you say there is alot more things that need to be tuned and adjusted

There are countless, countless, countless other things that need to be fixed/added before they add more useless crap like twitter and refs.

I wouldn't really call that a marketing ploy. I don't think any addition people are gonna line up to see real refs in the game, it's just kind of a needless addition. It's one of those cases where they should be spending time doing something more important like making sure all player faces are in the game since this would be the graphics department in charge of this.

49 pages of bugs, and they add referee faces.

I like realism, but how making Career mode more realistic first? How about doing something simple like not making you press X to snap the ball when you're the RB? Or letting the AI call the coin toss when you're not the captain? Or not giving you the option to fake a FG or go for it when you're supposed to be the 2nd string RB?

No...let's put the 55 year old referees in the game instead.

I don't really care if the refs look real. I would like to see the Penalties called to be more accurate to real life. Both Simmed stats and played games.
So, if the plan is to fix the penalty issues and bring in real refs, thats cool with me.

Ahhh so that's why there has always been an issue with penalties in madden games. Those damn replacement referees.
They have been using replacements all these years. Probably to save money
