"Retro" presentation

Hi,
In NBA 2k13, can you use the retro presentation for any "play now" game or only in the "Greatest" mode?

There is no such thing in 2K13. There isn`t a legend`s mode neither. And many legends are missing from the legendary teams, like Jabbah, Dr. J and Chris Webber.
