Re: Wizards GM IRL
They can't justify a firing at this point since Nene and Wall were both out. Nene is back but only playing 20+mins, they are going to wait it out till Wall gets back if they lose another 4-6 games after he gets back, Coach will quit before a firing.
FYI they win the next one.Comment

Re: Wizards GM IRL
sad to say I'm probably one of only a handful of real wizards fans. Been one since '88 when they were the bullets coached by wes unseld (hangs head in shame).
But to the point of the original poster. This team needs shooters around wall and nene. I would trade for either Kyle Korver or Anthony Marrow off of the hawks since they've got an abundance of shooting SFs
(preferably Marrow since he's younger and better than Korver).
They also need a solid back up pg. maybe vasquez from NO since he can play both the pg and sg.
they're solid at the 2 with beal and crawford.
see if that helps youComment

Re: Wizards GM IRL
Hang it up for the season, and get ready for another high lottery pick. Then pick a proven bonafide scorer don't matter the position, not a project we have too many projects. I'm A Bullets fan, but you have to be sorry before you can get good. No one really want's to come here so there will be no Super Star F.A. signings or trades. The best thing they can do is get descent veteran role players which they do have now, and draft your Super Star. Hopefully they can pull off the OKC route in drafting there Super Stars. Wall & Beal will take some time to breakout I give them both 2 more years to raise their level of game. Wall still needs that jumper and Beal needs more handle and learn how to get his shot off verse bigger defenders. When they finally get to play together the game will be easier for both of them, but both won't play at a superstar level. So far the team does play well, but Wall is sorely missed him getting to the free-throw line alone would have us at .500 instead of 0-12. I like Webster and Martin and both need to play together in a line-up with Wall to space the floor along with Nene & Seraphin. I'll roll with Livingston since I feel Price will get the ax when Wall returns playing with Crawford & Beal, Booker & Okafor. Doesn't matter who starts but the rotations should have those line-ups playing together, sprinkled with Ariza, Singleton & Vesely. Next year we should have a playoff team for sure barring injuriesComment
