I really don't understand why such lag. After all... the logic (read computer code) in Nba2k13 is the same on Xbox, PS3 and on PC. The difference is only in added content and platform specifics. So why do we have to wait till March/April?
Judging from silly bugs and errors I can definitely say, that development cycle in 2K is not great (it's bad) and judging from duration between Xbox, PS3 patches and PC patches, that they have at least 2 different development cycles, therefore high costs

To add up: playcalling system and running plays in 2k13 is broken.
