NBA 2K13 Patch Offline?

is there a way I can get the latest patch offline? I prefer it this way. can anybody help?

It automatically downloaded and saved in hdd0/game/blus31028_cache/usdir/onlinedata. i also need it because im offline user of ps3

if you're on xbox360
you have to put it on your usb (a usb that is formatted for the 360)
you don't need to rehash and resign the Title Update (patch).
you can go here xbuc.net and get the latest title update
and you'll need a program called horizon to put it on your usb
after that just plug it in and start the game, you can't transfer the TU from the usb to the 360 hard drive
so the usb will need to be in the xbox when you start the game. You will know the TU is working
because if you remove the usb while on NBA2k13 it will send you back to the dashboard

How can you prefer it that way? If you want it and the game downloads it for you automatically, how is that bad.

Well I have 1 gamertag with xbox live & 1 tag on my usb which I use strictly for offline files. I started up 2k13 with my online gt & downloaded the patch automatically but wasn't sure if that patch applies to the gt on my usb. Someone told me it did so I guess I dont need to get the patch offline.

Im on xbox 360.

Hello guys,

maybe someone could help me by providing info where exactly I should upload downloaded patch file into my X-360 HDD? I don't have online access and my X-360 has been updated from "standard" to JTAG (RGH).
For example for rosters updates I use flash FXP soft I just drop file into appropriate folder.
So which "correct" folder should be for successful patch update?

Followed these steps but it never prompts for the update
